Properties and uses: purplish red powder in appearance. Soluble in o-chlorophenol, slightly soluble in chloroform, pyridine and toluene, insoluble in acetone and ethanol. Red orange in concentrated sulfuric acid; In alkaline insurance powder solution, it is brown with green fluorescence. Orange in acidic insurance powder solution. Excellent light and heat resistance. Mainly used for coloring paint, ink, and plastic products and polyester pulp coloring.
